Welcome to the 2026 Women in Collision Awards – the only award recognition program focussing on women in the collision repair industry. Women have always been the backbone of this industry but over the last 10 years especially have proudly walked into the foreground as business owners, administrators, technicians, parts managers and into varied roles at the supply companies that support vehicle repairs.
The Women in Collision Awards and Seminar lunch will take place in Sydney at Doltone House Hyde Park, Sydney on Friday 26 February 2027.
Categories:
- Customer Service. This category recognises women in customer service, reception and front-of-house roles who create exceptional customer experiences, keep the business running smoothly and make every interaction count
- Estimator. This category celebrates estimators who combine technical knowledge, attention to detail and commercial understanding to keep repairs moving and customers informed.
- Industry Supplier Representative. Open to women working for paint and consumables companies, equipment and parts suppliers, training providers and other businesses that help collision repairers do their best work.
- Office Professional. This category recognises women in essential office-based roles including accounts, marketing, training, OH&S, compliance, administration and other functions that are critical to a successful business.
- Owner/Manager. This category celebrates owners and senior managers who demonstrate strong leadership, drive business success, develop their people and make a lasting contribution to the collision industry.
- Parts Manager. This category celebrates Parts Managers who bring organisation, accuracy, product knowledge and problem-solving skills to one of the most critical roles in the repair process.
- Rising Star. This category recognises refinish, body repair and mechanical automotive technicians working in a collision repair shop, from apprentices taking their first steps in the industry to highly experienced qualified technicians.
- Technician. Recognising women in refinish, body repair and mechanical roles who demonstrate outstanding technical skills, commitment and professionalism, from apprentices to qualified technicians.
Sixteen winners will be honoured – two per category.
