This one speaks for itself – this one is for the customer service officers (aka receptionists but they shouldn’t be!)

Estimator

This category is for women whose primary role is as an estimator.

Industry Supplier Representative. 

This category is for women who work for suppliers such as paint and consumables companies, workshop equipment suppliers, parts supplier or training companies.

Office Professional

The ‘backroom’ heroes of every business. This category covers roles that are not primarily customer facing such as accounts, marketing, training, OH&S compliance and all the other essential office tasks.

Owner/Manager

This category is for business owners or senior managers.

Parts Manager

This category is for Parts Managers only.

Rising Star

This category is open to interpretation. It’s for women under 30 who you feel are already making a difference to the industry or the business.

Technician

This category is for refinish technicians, body repair technicians or mechanical automotive technicians who work in a bodyshop. They can be an apprentice or a qualified technician.

Submissions can be self nominate or entered by a third party.

The Women in Collision Awards program recognises the female trailblazers in the collision industry.

All of the finalists will be honoured at the Women in Collision Awards lunch where 10 winners, two in each category, will be announced. Winners will also be profiled in the Paint & Panel magazine.
